This trio includes keyboardist Pol Brenan (co-founder of Clannad, Guo Yue, flutist and , a Japanese percussionist. They cover a broad terrain, from haunting, ethereal Deuter-like flute passages to rhythmic worldbeat numbers, plus vocals reminiscent of Clannad. It all holds together well on this excellent release that brings diverse lands and musical worlds into a topical whole.
