Let's see:The band's name cames from "Guaguagancó", wich means "familiar party", and it's so simply like that: A continuous familiar party with over 50 years making music to the generation's dancing. (Yes, including your Grandfather & Grandmother). Created on Buenos Aires by University's students from Colombia, Peru, Chile & Argentina "...Se acaban la papa, se acaba el maiz, se acaban los mangos, se acaban los tomates, se acaban las ciruelas, se acaban los melones, se acaban las sandias y se acaban el aguacates, y la cosecha de mujeres, NUNCA se acaba, y la cosecha de mujeres, NUNCA se acaba..."
